LIVE-IN CARE

Live-in care is a particular care package which supports you in your home for 24 hours a day. It can be provided either short-term or long-term depending on your requirements, and offers an effective alternative to moving into residential care, enabling you to remain in your own home with the comfort of knowing a career is on-hand at all times.

You may wish to receive live-in care if you are recovering from an operation which affects your mobility for a period of weeks or months; after which you may feel confident enough to reduce your level of support. Alternatively, live-in care can be arranged for ongoing complex requirements such as dementia, palliative care or physical/mental disability.

The obvious advantage to live-in care is that you remain in your own home. The care you receive is tailored around your specific needs, and can include the following:
